Order Processing
- Orders ship within 1–5 business days.
- Bulk orders of 10+ items may require additional processing time.
International orders ship within 1–5 business days, then typically 3–5 business days in transit via FedEx, depending on destination and customs processing. Import duties or taxes may apply on arrival (orders ship Delivery Duties Unpaid).
Shipping Origin
All orders ship from our United States fulfillment centers.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- $4.95 — Regular (USPS Ground Advantage): estimated delivery 2–4 business days after shipping.
- $9.95 — Express (USPS Priority Mail): estimated delivery 1–3 business days after shipping.
- FREE Regular shipping on orders of $69 or more.
Please note: we ship within the continental United States only. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) is currently unavailable.
International Shipping
Flat rates by destination (all prices USD):
- Canada: $19.95
- Europe (Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Iceland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden): $24.95
- Rest of world (Australia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Indonesia, Latvia, Lithuania, Macao, New Zealand, Philippines, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam): $29.95
International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing — typically 1–3 weeks after shipping. A small number of products are unavailable to certain destinations due to import regulations; if a product can't ship to your country, it won't be available at checkout.
Duties, Taxes & Import Fees (International Orders)
All international orders ship under Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) terms. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are determined by local customs authorities.
Shipping Estimates & Delays
Delivery estimates begin when your order ships, not when it's placed. Delays can occur due to weather, customs processing, or carrier issues beyond our control.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Review your order carefully before submitting. Contact us as soon as possible for changes or cancellations — we'll do our best, but we can't guarantee changes once an order is processing or has shipped.
