At Inner Balance, we want you to feel confident trying something new. Our policy below covers every order.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (First Tin)
If a product isn't for you, email us at store@innerbalancesupplements.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the purchase price of your first tin — no return shipping required. The guarantee covers one tin per product, per customer, on your first order of that product. We'll usually just ask what didn't work for you; it helps us improve.
Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, you're eligible for a replacement or full refund within 30 days of receiving it. Please email us a photograph of the item along with a brief description of the problem so we can assess the issue and make it right quickly.
Situations We Can't Refund
- Wrong address: if an order is returned because the shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect, we're unable to offer a refund or replacement. Please double-check your shipping details when ordering.
- Unclaimed orders: orders not collected from the carrier and returned to us cannot be refunded or replaced. Please track your shipment and collect it promptly.
How Refunds Are Processed
Once your request is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
